●“Saikokaryukotsuboreito” is a prescription found in Chinese classic medical publications “Shokanron”.
●This medicine is suitable for people who have anxiety associated with palpitations, insomnia, etc. It is effective in these people for accessory symptoms of hypertension (palpitations, anxiety, and insomnia), neurosis, etc.

Ingredients

The daily dose of 3 packets (1.2 g/packet) contains 1,950 mg of Saikokaryukotsuboreito extract powder M from the following mixed crude drugs;
Bupleurum Root 2.5 g, Pinellia Tuber 2.0 g, Poria Sclerotium 1.5 g, Cinnamon Bark 1.5 g, Scutellaria Root 1.25 g, Jujube 1.25 g, Ginseng 1.25 g, Longgu 1.25 g, Oyster Shell 1.25 g, Rhubarb 0.5 g, Ginger 0.4 g.
As inactive ingredients, this medicine contains Hydroxypropylcellulose, and Lactose.

Due to this medicine's use of extract from natural ingredients (crude drugs), there may be slight color variations between granules.

Indications

Following symptoms in persons with moderate or more physical strength who suffer from mental anxiety, palpitation, insomnia and constipation: Accessory symptoms of hypertension (palpitations, anxiety, insomnia), neurosis, menopausal neurosis, baby's night crying, and constipation.

Dosage and administration

Take the following dosages 3 times a day with water or warm water before or between meals.
Adults (15 years and over)  1 packet
14 - 7 years 2/3 packet
6 - 4 years 1/2 packet
4 - 2 years 1/3 packet
Less than 2 years 1/4 packet

(1) When allowing children to take the medicine, a guardian must be present to watch and tell such them how to take it.
(2) For infants under 1 year old, treatment by a physician should be prioritized and, when only necessary, allow them to take the medicine.

Precautions for use

1. This product should not be taken in the following persons.
(Don't give this medicine to) children under 3 month of age.
2. This medicine should not be taken together with the following medicines:

Consultation
1. The following persons should contact a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation before administration.
(1) Patients undergoing medical treatment from a physician.
(2) Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant.
(3) Persons who is physically weak (declining of physical strength or constitutional weakness).
(4) Persons with weak stomach and intestine who have a tendency to diarrhea, diarrhea with severe abdominal pain.
(5) Patients who have experienced rash/redness, itching, etc. with drugs, etc.
2. If the following symptoms are observed after taking this drug, these may be adverse reactions, so immediately discontinue the use of this drug, and show this document to your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation.

Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness and/or difficulties of breath when go upstairs or overwork, sudden dry cough and/or fever and it continuance.
Hepatic function failure: Symptoms, such as fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and white of eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may occur.
3. The following symptoms may be observed after taking this drug. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue the use of this drug, and show this document to your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation.

4. When symptoms do not improve even after taking the medicine for about 1 month (for about 1 week if you take this medicine for baby's night crying, and constipation), stop taking this medicine and consult a physician, pharmacist or registered salesperson, being sure to take this instruction leaflet with you.
