●“Gosyajinkigan” is a herbal medicine listed in the “Suisyumon” chapter of “Saiseiho,” a Chinese medical book that is regarded as a classic in the field of herbal medicines.
●This medicine is suitable for people who get tired easily, whose limbs get cold easily, have a low urine output, and edema. It is effective in these people for numbness, leg pain, lower back pain, etc.

Ingredients

The daily dose of 12 tablets (319 mg/tablet) contains 2,400mg of Goshajinkigan extract (originated from “Shokobetsuchiryo”) from the following mixed crude drugs;
Rehmannia Root 2.5 g, Cornus Fruit 1.5 g, Dioscorea Rhizome 1.5 g, Alisma Tuber 1.5 g, Poria Sclerotium 1.5 g, Moutan Bark 1.5 g, Achyranthes Root 1.5 g, Plantago Seed 1.5 g, Cinnamon Bark 0.5 g, Processed Aconite Root powder 0.25 g.
As inactive ingredients, this medicine contains Silicon Dioxide, Cellulose, Carmellose Calcium, Magnesium Stearate, Hypromellose, Titanium Oxide, Caramel and Carnauba Wax.

Indications

Following symptoms in persons with moderate or poor physical strength who tend to get tired easily, tend to feel cold in hands and feet, have decreased urine volume, edema, and sometimes dry mouth: Leg pain, lower back pain, numbness, blurred eyes in the elderly, itching, difficulty in urination, frequent urination, edema, and associated symptoms of hypertension (stiff shoulders, heavy head, tinnitus).

Dosage and administration

Take the following dosages 3 times a day with water or warm water before or between meals.
Adults (15 years and over) - 4 tablets
14 - 7 years - 3 tablets
7 - 5 years - 2 tablets
Less than 5 years - Do not use

Precautions for use

Consultation
1. The following persons should contact a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation before administration.
(1) Patients undergoing medical treatment from a physician.
(2) Pregnant women or women suspected of being pregnant.
(3) Persons with weak stomach and intestine who have a tendency to diarrhea, diarrhea with severe abdominal pain.

Hepatic function failure: Symptoms, such as fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and white of eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may occur.
3. The following symptoms may be observed after taking this drug. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue the use of this drug, and show this document to your physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson for a consultation.
Diarrhea
4. When symptoms do not improve even after taking the medicine for about 1 month, stop taking this medicine and consult a physician, pharmacist or registered salesperson, being sure to take this instruction leaflet with you.
